Wall installation with 167 nursing pads, 190 x 185 cm

CIX gallery, Skopje, Macedonia

Bodily fluids (1999) is a wall installation that consists of already used nursing pads that I have collected while breastfeeding my first baby.

Use of a nursing pad, which is not used in all societies, highlights the differences in cultural approaches towards the female body and the different determinants of what is 'normal'.
